- Payment Policy:
For regular tours and private charters, at least 50% of the total amount due must be paid in advance. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival before departure. Last-minute additions must be fully paid upon request.
- Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email and confirmed by info@allboatcharters.com.
- For regular tours:
– Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the tour date will result in a full refund or customers can change the tour date free of charge.
– Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount, or customers can change the tour date with a rebooking fee of 30%.
– Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
- For charters and customized tours:
– Cancellation 15 days or more prior to the tour date will result in a full refund, or customers can change the tour date free of charge.
